Procedures:

1.Packing: four layer package:

1) bubble bag;

2) Kraft paper;

3) hard cardboard for corner protection;

4) nylon fiber bag;

5) special package is available according to customers’ special requirement.

2.Quality control:

1) before order confirmation, material and color of the chosen sample are check to see if they are available to be sure the product reach the customers’ requirement;

2) different phases of the whole production is checked and examined to ensure the quality;

3) every sofa is strictly checked and cleaned before packing;

4) before delivery, a QC is sent by the customer or a third party is welcomed to check the quality;

5) warranty period is TWO years, if there’s come problem, we will try our best for the solution.

3.Payment: 30% deposits, 70% balance is covered before shipping.

4.Warranty period: TWO years, lifetime consultation of sofa maintenance.
